Excellent Lodge Experience
underfloor heatingcomfortable bedwell-equipped kitchen
I have stayed in a lodge and found underfloor heating good. Big towels and comfortable beds were a plus. The kitchen was well-equipped with kitchen paper, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, tea, and coffee. The shower had great water pressure, and a bath was available.

The location provides easy access to Brighton and Gatwick. The hotel is also conveniently located near major motorways. The scenic setting is set back from the road.

The gym has everything needed and the staff are friendly. There is plenty of parking space available . The health suite was clean and well maintained (the staff really take care!).

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lodges are very comfortable and cozy. Rooms include a balcony overlooking the golf course. The holiday homes are roomy and equipped with all necessary items.

the venue is beautiful! decorations for weddings are lovely. drinks and canapés were served outside in the courtyard. the room was really nice and included a little table and chairs outside.
after i left, a funny thing happened. i was accused of not leaving the key but i did leave it. everything felt a little tired in the room. it was all clean though and perfectly fine.

The wedding venue was fine. Seating areas were decorated beautifully. Our room had tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, a big comfortable bed, and a lovely shower over the bath.

Acceptable but room needs attention
helpful receptionistroom condition
The receptionist was friendly and helpful on arrival. She carried my mother's bag.
I was a bit disappointed by the state of the room. everything felt tired and worn. It really could use an update. it left me with a feeling that the hotel isn't paying attention to these details.

Just Okay. Some Issues Noted
significant noisemediocre cleanliness
I must say, some things weren't quite right. I wasn't told a wedding was happening and noise continued late. the restaurant staff were not attentive. Their behavior was unexpected. Room cleanliness seemed mediocre, at best. I expected more.
